When buying currency, How is delivery accomplished?
After the order process is complete and payment is received, you can log into your account to specify immediate delivery or give us a 24 hour window to deliver the currency to you. If the delivery agent is unable to contact your character, an e-mail will be sent to the address provided.
 
When buying currency, I have been waiting a while, how can I check for an estimated time of arrival?
If you have been waiting longer in game for longer than 24 hour, please check your E-mail in case the delivery agent was unable to contact you. If no e-mail was received, please log into your account for more information and to arrange delivery.
 
Can I move currency from one account to another through you?
